Database creation and development can be a complicated process, we work by breaking the process down into several sections.

 

 

Step 1) Creating Database Requirements

A dedicated member of staff will allocated to you and become your main point of contact. They will work closely with you to define your requirements and tasks the database needs to be able to perform.

These details will then be written into a document creating a specification used for costing and quotation.

Step 2) Database Development

We start work as soon as the project has been approved. At key points we will send you a copy of the database or give you details to access remotely to test and give us feedback.

Step 3) Beta Version

A beta version will be provided for a full test to run alongside your existing system, we will then address any bugs found.

Step 5) Database installation on your network

When the database has been tested and you are happy with the overall design and functionality we will install it onto your network (if required). For this step we will require a remote connection to your system, this you have full control over and running.

Step 7) User training

As most databases are built up from the customers own requirements and you are involved in the testing from the onset training isn’t often required. We do however offer this service, charged by the hour to go through all the features or train new members of staff.
