Accessibility statement

Anglia Computer Solutions Business Ltd · Last updated October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. TBC: Jon to review

What we aim for

We've built the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:

  • every page works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus
  • clear headings and page structure for screen readers
  • text and buttons with enough colour contrast
  • forms with labels and plain-English error messages
  • background video and animation switched off if your device asks for reduced motion, and a button to pause the video on any page
  • pages that zoom to 400% and reflow on small screens without sideways scrolling

Known limitations

Our telecoms service schedules and the master services agreement are PDFs, which may not work well with every screen reader. If you need one in another format, ask us and we'll send it.

Tell us about a problem

If something on the site doesn't work for you, please let us know on 01362 760100 or [email protected]. We'll fix it, or get you the information another way.

Questions? Call 01362 760100 or email [email protected].
