Do I need Cyber Essentials?+
It isn't a legal requirement, but many public-sector contracts and larger customers ask for it. As an IASME certification body we can certify you ourselves: see our Cyber Essentials page for prices and how it works.
Our email account has been hacked. What do we do?+
Ring us on 01362 760100. We'll lock the account, reset access, check for anything sent or forwarded in your name, then put MFA in place so it doesn't happen again.
What's the most important thing we can do today?+
Turn on multi-factor authentication for email and Microsoft 365, and make sure every machine is getting its updates. Those two steps close off the most common ways in.
How much does cyber security cost for a small business?+
Managed antivirus is from £5 +VAT per user a month and Cyber Essentials from £900 +VAT in year one. Reviews, MFA rollouts and breach work are quoted to your setup.
What if we need more than Cyber Essentials?+
IASME Cyber Assurance covers wider governance, such as risk, policies, incident response and GDPR, and the audited level is accepted as an alternative to ISO 27001 for smaller businesses. We can take you through it.
