How much does Microsoft 365 cost for a business?+
It depends on the plan. Microsoft prices licences per user per month, and we'll quote the right plan +VAT for each person. Setup and migration are quoted up front.
Can you move our email to Microsoft 365 without losing anything?+
Yes. We copy your existing mail, contacts and calendars across and switch over at a quiet time, so there's little or no downtime.
Why are our emails going to people's junk folders?+
Often your domain's SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong. We check and fix them so other mail servers trust your email.
Do you support Microsoft 365 outside Norfolk?+
Yes. Most Microsoft 365 work is done remotely, so we support businesses UK-wide, and we come on site across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
