When the tools on the market were too complicated, too expensive or didn't quite fit how we work, we built better ones. The same people who support your PCs and network are behind every one.

Each tool started as something we needed while looking after Norfolk businesses, and couldn't buy in a form we liked.

ACS Monitor (ACSMON)
Know what's broken before your customers call.
Self-hosted network and infrastructure monitoring, built by us for IT providers and IT teams. We use it every day to monitor our clients' networks, and our own cloud and network infrastructure.
Free for up to 100 devices and monitors
What it does
- Watches routers, switches, firewalls and servers (SNMP v1, v2c and v3), plus 11 kinds of service check, from websites and email to DNS and databases
- Website monitoring: uptime, response times, SSL certificate expiry and content changes
- Alerts by email, SMS, Slack or webhook that say exactly what's wrong, with a recovery message when it's fixed
- Auto-discovery finds the devices and services on a network in one scan
- Drag-and-drop dashboards, shareable with a client by a single link
- Built-in network tools: ping, traceroute, port scan, DNS, SSL and WHOIS checks
- Runs on your own Linux server with a one-line install, and can carry your own branding

Our own remote support tool.
A remote desktop and remote support tool we're building ourselves. Once it's ready, it will replace the remote support tool we use today, so the software our engineers use to help you is ours from end to end.

We use ACS Monitor to keep an eye on our clients' networks, and on our own cloud and network infrastructure. If you're on managed IT support, ask us what we're watching for you.
Can other IT companies use ACS Monitor?+
Yes. It's built for IT providers and in-house IT teams, and it's free for up to 100 devices and monitors. You can sign up and install it yourself at acsmon.com.
