Can we keep our existing phone numbers?+
Yes, in almost all cases. We port your numbers across from your current provider and tell you the switch-over date in advance. How number porting works.
Will VoIP work on our internet connection?+
Most business broadband handles VoIP well. We'll check your line first, and if it needs improving we can sort that too.
What happens when the old phone lines are switched off?+
Analogue lines move off the old network by 31 January 2027, and ISDN ends on 1 February 2027. Moving to hosted VoIP now means you choose the timing, not the phone company. See our switch-off guide for the dates and a checklist.
